Program DirectorNew England
Robert Jaszek joined the Phoenix House team in 2012 as a Case Manager at Springfield Center, holding a number of positions including House Manager and Program Manager, and most recently was promoted to Program Director. His connection to the recovery community made him realize that he enjoys helping people and is actually pretty good at it!
Robert’s previous work within a number of environments, including the Armed Forces, taught him to be flexible, hardworking, and able to deal well with stressful situations. He feels at home when he comes to work because this is work that challenges his mind, body and spirit.
As the Program Director of Phoenix House Springfield Center, Robert’s goal is to develop a team that provides strength-based, trauma-informed, holistic care through evidence-based treatment, assisting patients in building the skills they need to live unaddicted. Robert is focused on a customer service model which allows the Phoenix House Springfield Team to provide a gold standard of care to the individuals served by the program. He strives every day to learn, change and enhance his skills and continue to provide a better way of life for all members of Phoenix House Springfield Center and the individuals we serve!
