Nikita joined Phoenix House in 2015, bringing over 4 years of direct care experience in child and adolescent Mental Health inpatient and outpatient treatment, direct care supervision, staff training, and crisis intervention. Nikita previously served as the front door of Feinberg for almost 3 years as our Financial Counselor and is well versed in multiple roles. Nikita has extensive knowledge of the funding and financial needs of Phoenix House patients. Nikita has served on the Employee engagement committee as well as the Chair of the Health & Wellness team.
Nikita completed her Social Work practicum with Phoenix House in 2018. Nikita graduated in 2018 with an Associate’s degree in Social Work and will continue to pursue her Bachelor’s at UNT as she completes her licensure for chemical dependency counseling.
When Nikita is not at work, she enjoys dancing, eating or spending time with her son, DeSean.
