Prior to Mr. Reynolds joining our team at Phoenix House he was the Program Director of an inpatient facility in CT and more recently, he was the Director of an outpatient facility in South Carolina.
Mike has been working in the social services field for over 18 years, serving as a counselor, therapist, case manager, clinical supervisor, program director and other leadership positions.
Mr. Reynolds also took part in the Co-Occurring State Initiative Grant (COSIG). It was a federal grant to research and improve services for people struggling with mental illness and substance abuse.
Mr. Reynolds holds his associates degree in Drug and Alcohol Recovery Counseling (DARC) from Middlesex Community College, his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his master’s degree in Social Work from Springfield College, Springfield, MA.
