James Robert Phillips (Rob), Phoenix House Florida Chief Clinical Officer, completed his undergraduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Florida Christian College and his graduate degree from Webster University. Rob was raised in Ocala and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor whose background includes running outpatient programming, serving as director of clinical services for the CORE military services program and HOPE substance abuse program. Most recent, Rob served as Executive Director of a large hospital system’s behavioral health division increasing patient satisfaction scores and quality metrics to rank among the best in the country.
