Cory Brosch, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, has been at Phoenix House since 2014 initially serving as the Program Director for Wraparound Services in Orange County. In June 2016, he was promoted to Senior Director of Quality Resources  and Patient Care for the entire organization in California and in October 2018 he became the Vice President of Clinical Services overseeing all Phoenix House programs in California.

Mr. Brosch has over 12 years of experience working in the mental health field and with community based non-profit organizations. He began his career in Human Resources and eventually became an HR Manager at a local non-profit in Orange County. Once obtaining his Master’s in Counseling, he worked as a therapist for Laura’s House, an agency dedicated to the treatment and protection of domestic violence victims. Mr. Brosch then went to work for Canal Elementary, a school focused on working with youth diagnosed with emotional and developmental disorders. Since 2011, he has worked as an LMFT in his private practice, specializing in anxiety and depressive disorders.

Mr. Brosch has extensive training in evidence based practices and currently utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Feedback Informed Therapy. He is a member of the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists and the International Center for Clinical Excellence.
