On Wednesday, October 19th, Phoenix Houses of Texas hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the completion of the renovation and expansion of the Hill A. Feinberg Academy of Dallas, and to unveil and dedicate the Paul M. Bass, Jr. Road to Recovery. The Phoenix House Hill A. Feinberg Academy of Dallas is an innovative residential high school that combines substance abuse treatment with accredited Dallas Independent School District on-site education. Every year, the Academy’s residential program guides an average of 450 teenagers toward productive, drug-free lives through: residential, day and outpatient recovery care, counseling, family services, life skills and prevocational training.
It was inspiring to celebrate with so many friends and supporters at our 2011 Triumph for Teens Luncheon on May 13. With over 700 generous attendees, the luncheon raised a record $1,058,250 for Phoenix Houses of Texas.
