All-Stars “Passion 4 Fashion” Ice Cream Social

Our new All-Stars Prevention and Education Group at Phoenix Houses of Texas kicked off on June 25 with an ice cream social. The All-Stars group focuses on enhancing young girls’ self-esteem and expression through the creative medium of fashion.
