Prior to joining the Board, she served as Chair of the PHMA Program Committee for two years, masterfully guiding the committee in its endeavors, visiting all of the agency’s programs, spending time with clients and staff, touring the facilities, and reporting back to the full Board—setting a high standard of performance for committee work.

Whether serving in her position on the police force or on the Board at Phoenix House, Captain Nuneville constantly exudes a positive and upbeat spirit. Congratulations to this year’s recipient of the Kevin Appel Award, Michelle Nuneville.
