Phoenix Houses of the Mid-Atlantic Builds Partnerships to Support 50th Anniversary

Saturday, March 31st, 2012

As Phoenix Houses of the Mid-Atlantic continues to celebrate its 50th year of service as an innovative leader in Metropolitan D.C. area addiction treatment and recovery, we have recently found new supporters, ready and willing to lend a hand. One of these newly formed partnerships is with Uprinting, a Van Nuys, California-based printing company that has made a strong effort to maintain a socially responsible and environmentally friendly business.

After Phoenix Houses of the Mid-Atlantic utilized UPrinting’s services to produce five large 50thAnniversary banners (to be displayed at our residential sites), UPrinting offered us a membership in the UCommunity Program, giving us a substantial discount due to our charitable work.

During its 50th year in service, Phoenix Houses of the Mid-Atlantic is grateful for generous sponsors like UPrinting, who has recently helped PHMA sustain its success.

UPrinting continues to welcome other non-profit organizations to this program, focusing on diverse groups that seek positive change for people and communities.

We are honored to have done business with UPrinting during our 50th year. From 1962, as Alcoholic Rehabilitation, Inc. through the last few decades as Vanguard Services Unlimited, to now, as Phoenix Houses of the Mid-Atlantic, we thank all of the businesses who have generously sponsored our programs over the years. We hope to work with you for at least another 50 years.
