PH Texas Halloween 2014
Phoenix House Texas staff loves to celebrate with their students! On Halloween we not only joined in on our annual Chili Cook off, but also decided to add some flare by dressing up as our favorite characters. With a fair share of witches and monsters, we were also joined by Charlie Brown and Pocahontas. Although we enjoy dressing up just as much as the next person, here at Phoenix House we participate for a different reason.

We want to help our students have fun and encourage their creativity. With a day full of dressing up, haunted houses, and good, clean competition, we saw joy and laughter throughout our entire campus. The cook off results were very close, with all recipes being fully enjoyed, but a dear direct care staff, Regina, won the grand prize. She has earned all bragging rights until next year!

We know that November and December will bring some new challenges for our students and their families, but we are eager to help them embrace new experiences around the holiday season. Phoenix House Texas’ goal is not only to see our clients find sobriety, our goal is to help mend what has been broken in their lives. Our academies provide a safe environment for students to come and get the help that hey need to succeed. Our programming recognizes that drug and alcohol use is not the only problem. We focus on family education, individual family counseling and psychiatric evaluations throughout treatment. Our treatment program as a whole will benefit our students throughout this holiday season by teaching them, as well as their families, new coping skills that will lead to success in the future.

Every day, Phoenix House Texas helps adolescents and adults who are suffering from addiction in Austin, Dallas, and Houston. Find out more about our programs and services, or call us today at: 888 671 9392.
