Phoenix House, Open House

IMG_9367Recently Phoenix House Florida held a number of successful open houses at its outpatient centers. The Women’s Centre at Hyde Park, Tampa’s Derek Jeter Center for Adolescents and Adult Center as well as the Brandon Outpatient Treatment Center, all had great turnouts and a delightful time hosting their first open houses. Physicians, counselors, lawyers, and teachers from across the Tampa Bay area stopped by to meet Phoenix House staff and tour our facilities.

Since they opened, Phoenix House Florida’s outpatient centers have offered a variety of services, including intensive outpatient treatment for both teens and adults. Using a customized, evidence-based curriculum, the outpatient centers have guided their clients with years of successfully-practiced data. Our team of highly-credentialed staff provides a range of services from assessment, group and individual therapy, on-site drug testing, psychiatric therapy, and most recently added, family therapy.

We focus on helping individuals develop life skills and coping mechanisms while healing their relationships; health education and continued care services are also provided to help ensure long-term, sustained recovery. At Phoenix House we pride ourselves on providing outstanding and accessible substance abuse rehabilitation. Our convenient hours make treatment available to everyone, including students and working adults.

Phoenix House Florida provides substance abuse rehabilitation for adolescents at the Derek Jeter Center in Tampa and at the Brandon Outpatient Treatment Center. Adults also receive outpatient counseling at the Tampa and Brandon facilities. Our newest program, at The Women’s Centre at Hyde Park, provides gender-specific care to women. Phoenix House Citra Center provides residential treatment for men and women whose substance abuse is advanced or complicated by mental health issues. Our highly-skilled professional staff annually serves more than 1,000 men, women, and teens, safeguarding youth, strengthening families, and helping to build happier, healthier lives.
