Phoenix House Mid-Atlantic attended the Virginia Psychological Association Fall Conference, held October 10-12 at the McLean Hilton in McLean, Virginia. The conference included over thirty workshops on topics ranging from Ethical Implications of Online Assessments to PTSD/TBI and the Veteran Student and The Brain in Clinical Practice.
Phoenix House Mid-Atlantic business development staff attended this popular event, which drew over 100 people, and engaged with participants by answering questions and exhibiting information on our programs and services.
The Virginia Psychological Association, incorporated under the laws of the State of Virginia, was established May 11, 1956 as successor to a section of psychologists in the Virginia Academy of Science.
