Phoenix House Florida is pleased to welcome Donamae Clinebell to our Board of Directors.
Ms. Clinebell is a commercial real estate executive with 28 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, finance, and accounting. During this period she has successfully concluded various real estate transactions and/or managed properties including multi-family units, office space, retail and industrial facilities, hotels, and open land. In 2005, she founded Stalwart Capital as a consulting business to assist clients in securing financing for their commercial real estate investments.
Ms. Clinebell attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Accounting from Mississippi State University and holds Certified Public Accountant and Florida Real Estate licenses. She has been active in many professional organizations and has served on the boards of the Crisis Center and the Tampa Theatre. She lives in South Tampa and has two children, one of whom will soon be attending the University of South Florida. She is also an avid traveler.
