Phoenix House staff wearing red shirtsFor National Wear Red Day, the ladies of Phoenix House Career Academy donned their fashionable red attire to kick off American Heart Month. Red is the national symbol of women taking a stand against heart disease; this annual campaign “GO RED for Women” is a rallying cry for awareness and proper treatment.  Our staff looked great as they rallied the office for a great cause, even a few clients joined in the awareness campaign! Healthy lifestyles, education, and prevention are first and foremost as we serve individuals in substance abuse treatment and promote health to all members of our staff.
