Phoenix House Academy of Westchester recently hosted an Open House for current and future referring agencies. Visitors were escorted on a tour of the facility and met with our management staff, counselors, and department representatives for a presentation and overview of the clinical treatment and academic services provided to our clients. We were proud to welcome the Honorable Judge Carol Berkman (Ret.) of Manhattan Supreme Court, also attending to show her support for the program.
We extend our thanks to all agencies attending: The Fortune Society, Four Winds, Jan Peek House Shelter, Westchester County Department of Probation, Putnam County Department of Probation, Staten Island Department of Probation, Queens Department of Probation, CASES, Bronx TASC, Brooklyn STEP/MBTC, NYC Department of Probation, and the Peekskill Police Department.
The Phoenix House Academy of Westchester is a residential treatment program for adolescent males and females. The Academy provides an array of services including individual, group, and family counseling, along with evidence-based clinical treatment programs addressing each client’s individual needs. Teens at the Academy enjoy a rich campus life and attend an on-site school, where they can earn their diplomas or credits that can be transferred to their home schools.
