phoenix house clients Christmas dinnerThe holiday season is a memorable time to observe traditions with family and friends. Clients at our residential substance abuse treatment programs are unable to spend the holidays with their loved ones and our staffs across Phoenix House New York make every effort to fill their days with the delights and joys of the season. This is a special time to remind our clients that they are not alone. Celebrations with full banquet holiday dinner menus (turkey, Virginia ham, prime rib, vegetables, side dishes) with all the trimmings and desserts are served on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day for our clients and staff on duty. Clients have also teamed up to decorate each facility, spreading the season’s spirit and good cheer – a wonderful, fun exercise in fellowship, teamwork, and creativity. Families come to visit and celebrate on specially scheduled days at some locations as well.

‘Tis the season for giving back and reflecting – we are thankful for the miracles and strength of recovery and family and friends like you who believe in our mission and follow our news posts. On behalf of the clients and staff of Phoenix House New York, we extend our warmest holiday greetings and wish you all the best in the New Year.
