Mount Monadnock

On Saturday, June 9, 2012, the third annual Climb for Recovery will take place on the trails leading to the summit of beautiful Mount Monadnock in New Hampshire.

The adventure will begin with registration at 10:00 a.m. at the Main Pavilion of Monadnock State Park.  Participation costs $20 per person and admission is free for children under 15.  Climbers are urged to ask family and friends to sponsor their efforts on behalf of Phoenix House.  After the adventure, the group will adjourn to nearby Phoenix House Dublin Center for a barbecue lunch and live music.

All proceeds from Climb for Recovery support the efforts of Phoenix House’s programs in the Monadnock region to improve lives disrupted by drug and alcohol addictions through a broad spectrum of intervention, treatment, and recovery services for adolescents and adults.  The continuum ranges from outpatient and intensive outpatient services to residential treatment and transitional living programs.  We hope numerous members of the state’s recovery community, as well as the community at large, will join in the fun!
