Enjoying A Night At The Ballpark

recreational activities phoenix house LIStudents of Phoenix House Academy in Long Island took a break from their treatment and classes to attend a Long Island Ducks game in early June. Our clients were treated to an exciting evening of Atlantic League baseball at Bethpage Ballpark. Quality time to enjoy sober recreation is very welcome at our residential facility in Wainscott, Long Island.

In addition to clinical treatment and academics, our Academy offers healthy mind and body programs including nutritional awareness, exercise, and team sports.

Phoenix House Academy in Long Island, located on the East End, serves young men ages 18 to 25 struggling with substance abuse. Our Academy model is designed to help clients prepare for productive, self-sufficient, and drug-free lives. Residents complete treatment while taking part in the Academy’s fully accredited on-site academic program, which allows clients to catch up on their studies or earn credit toward their high school diplomas.
