Adolescents receive substance abuse and mental health treatment with Phoenix House

Phoenix House San Diego’s Carlsbad Teen Recovery Center, in beautiful Carlsbad, CA will be hosting an Open House on Friday, January 18th, from 12pm-2pm.  We are inviting all community programs and partners, families, and interested teens in the surrounding communities to come by and see the facility!  Visitors can tour the grounds and meet program director Megan Finlay, as well as some of our case managers.

The Carlsbad Teen Recovery Center offers adolescent outpatient and intensive outpatient services for teens with substance abuse disorders and mental health conditions.  The center – which provides early intervention for vulnerable adolescents 12 -17 years old – offers comprehensive assessments and treatment planning,  teaching coping skills essential to re-establishing a stable and healthy lifestyle.  We offer case management; individual, group and family counseling; chemical dependency and life-skills education; drug testing; and referrals to other support services in the community, among others.

I went here quite a few years back and would like to know if there is anyway to get in touch with Jessica, David, and Michelle. I was admitted about 15
-16 years ago and have alerts wanted to show my appreciation to them in some way.
