We provide compassionate outpatient treatment and prevention services for teens and adults with substance use disorder.
Each individual’s treatment plan is designed with their mental, physical, and emotional wellness needs in mind. As addiction affects all aspects of a person’s life, our treatment plans encourage multifaceted strategies for living life unaddicted.
Our staff uses evidence-based treatment techniques to help patients enter and sustain recovery. Services include: comprehensive assessment; individual, group, and family counseling; mental health services; case management; life-skills education; drug testing; and recreational activities, as well as a specialized program for women and girls. Our services are offered Monday through Friday, with hours in the afternoon and evening for patients who would like support after work.

How do I get admitted to your program?
Please call 1 888 671 9392 to schedule an assessment with a professional who will help determine what level of care is right for you. We will then recommend the type of program that best fits your needs and either assist with scheduling Phoenix House enrollment or make recommendations for another treatment provider.
What type of professionals will be working with my loved one?
We employ master’s-level clinicians as the primary therapists for all of our clients. We have a psychiatrist on staff for medication management, and our medical director and nurse oversee medical issues. Phoenix Rising Music
With the help of Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Kara DioGuardi, teen clients in our Phoenix Rising Music Program tell their stories and heal through song. In their own words, our state-of-the-art recording studio and expressive arts program exemplifies “love, vision, joy, and determination.”
At our Mother and Child Program, photographer and educator Rob Goldman collaborated with our clients to tell their stories using portraiture and recordings. This multimedia “Just Like Me” Project puts names and faces on the struggle of addiction and shares the miracles of recovery, self-discovery, and hope.
