Congratulations to Thomas, one of many students who is successfully completing vocational courses at Phoenix House Career Academy. Thomas enrolled in the Electrical Installation and Practice courses in addition to working on his clinical treatment at our program. These classes teach students the basic principles of electrical theory as they gain experience in residential wiring and related skills. The curriculum allows students to gain hands-on experience working in a classroom workshop with all the tools and equipment to install electrical systems. After completing their studies, graduates are fully prepared for an entry-level position in the electrical field. Witnessing their progress from start to finish is enlightening! Other courses offered at our Academy include: Building Maintenance, Culinary Arts, and Salon Services at the Beyoncé Cosmetology Center. We commend and encourage all of our students in their current and future endeavors.
