J.P. Morgan announced today that William Rifkin will join the investment bank as Vice Chairman of Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Rifkin will begin in September, based in New York. Mr. Rifkin is a member of the Board of Directors of Phoenix House Foundation, Inc.
