About this Facility
Located in Dallas, Phoenix House’s Hill A. Feinberg Academy serves male and female adolescents ages 13 to 17 who struggle with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. Treatment for clients in residential care includes individual, group, and family counseling and the evidence-based practices that match solutions to each individual’s treatment needs. Academy residents can take part in a fully-accredited on-site high school education provided by the Dallas Independent School District. Treatment effectiveness is enhanced by physical evaluation, case management, life skills education, pre-vocational and relapse prevention training, gender specific groups, and aftercare services. In addition to the residential program, we offer after-school outpatient services for adolescents in the early stages of substance abuse or transitioning out of residential treatment.
