About this Facility

Phoenix House’s Springfield Gardens Mental Health Community Residence serves individuals struggling with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues. Our residential programs provide comprehensive treatment within a safe, structured, and supportive living environment. We focus on stabilizing acute symptoms of mental illness and helping our clients develop the skills necessary to lead healthy, drug-free lives. We address daily living skills, symptom management, and reintegration into the community. Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards accepted.
