About this Facility
Since 1999, Phoenix House has provided case management services for adolescents involved with the Rhode Island Juvenile Drug Court. Our fully-credentialed case managers also provide assessment, treatment planning, and client advocacy, acting as liaisons with the court and community-based service providers. Our program offers a comprehensive, integrated system of care that helps teens overcome substance abuse while developing the skills and social supports necessary to sustain a successful recovery. With the help of our case managers, young clients can reconnect with their families/caregivers; obtain medical, mental health, or social services; re-enter the educational or vocational training system; and continue to grow as contributing members of their communities.
Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.

“I love knowing that you are helping someone change the course of their life so they can reach their true potential. It is so rewarding to have a parent contact you years later to say what a difference you made and how happy they are to have their kids continue down the path of success.”

“The greatest challenge we face, and at the same time the greatest satisfaction we receive, comes from helping others realize a greater self-worth and find purpose in their lives.”
