About this Facility
Project CRASH at Phoenix House provides screening, education, and counseling for individuals convicted of first-time or repeat driving under the influence (DUI) offenses, primarily from Windham County, Vermont. In a series of weekly classes, the program helps participants understand how alcohol and other drugs affect driving skills, and the importance of modifying their behavior for the safety of themselves, their families, and their communities. Participants pay a modest fee for the course and earn a certificate of completion.
Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.
