About this Facility
Phoenix House Massachusetts Outpatient provides treatment for both adolescents and adults. Our comprehensive services help individuals and their families take control of their lives by developing a pathway to sustainable recovery. Clients receive a complete assessment and an individualized action plan. Outpatient services include weekly individual and group sessions with random drug testing available as requested. Intensive outpatient services are also offered five days a week for individuals who need enhanced treatment, but do not require a residential program. For those who are unable to participate in sessions at the facility, we provide mobile outpatient services at locations including schools, homes, and the courthouse.
Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.
