About this Facility

Phoenix House’s East Hampton Outpatient Program serves adults and adolescents (ages 13-24) with substance abuse issues which do not warrant residential treatment. In some cases, clients may join our program after successfully transitioning from a residential treatment setting. The Program offers a warm, compassionate environment that empowers clients in their recovery. Our services include assessment, individualized treatment planning, group counseling, sober recreational activities, and referrals to a network of community service organizations. Treatment is tailored to meet individual needs; hours are flexible and an intensive outpatient option is also available.

For clients charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) or Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) who do not require long-term treatment,we offer short-term Driver Education and Intervention Programs. These nationally accredited DWI programs emphasize self awareness of substance abuse as clients learn to assume personal responsibility for their choices. Our staff uses an educational, cognitive behavioral approach to help clients choose and sustain positive, healthy behaviors.

Our Celebrating Families!™ Program, works with every member of the family to strengthen recovery from substances and increase successful family reunification. We offer flexible scheduling with evening hours to accommodate families and clients attending school.
