About this Facility

Phoenix House’s East Hampton Outpatient Program serves adults with substance abuse issues which do not warrant residential treatment. In some cases, clients may join our program after successfully transitioning from a residential treatment setting. The Program offers a warm, compassionate environment that empowers clients in their recovery. Our services include assessment, individualized treatment planning, group counseling, sober recreational activities, and referrals to a network of community service organizations. Treatment is tailored to meet individual needs; hours are flexible and an intensive outpatient option is also available.
