About this Facility
Phoenix House’s Brentwood Outpatient Program provides substance abuse treatment and support services for both adolescents and adults. Services include: individual, group, IOP and family counseling; medical assessment; psychiatric evaluation; and case management. Each client receives a comprehensive assessment and a customized treatment program specifically tailored to meet his or her unique needs. Our goal is to enable clients to address and overcome their substance abuse while living at home and remaining active in their community and workplace.
Clients who have served in the military, and their family members, can receive specialized outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services tailored to their unique needs, at our Military Services Program. This Program also incorporates non-clinical services, such as monthly seminars on veteran benefits, provided by the local Veteran Service Agency, as well as vocational/educational counseling.
Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.
