About this Facility

Phoenix House Keene Center offers adult social detoxification services, residential and outpatient treatment, transitional living services, and prevention and education services for youth.

Our clinically-managed residential detoxification services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also provide a medium-intensity residential program for chemically dependent men and women, including those struggling with co-occurring mental health issues. Length of stay varies dependent upon the individual needs of each client and is followed by referral to the next appropriate level of care.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program combines individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Participants live at home and may continue with work or school while involved in treatment. We also provide transitional living for clients who have completed residential treatment but require additional support before living independently.

Self Assessment Saturdays for Youth (SASY) is an eight-hour outpatient course at the Phoenix House Keene Center. The course serves youth ages 13 to 21 who have violated school and legal drinking regulations or have been experimenting with alcohol and other drugs.  SASY sessions take place on two consecutive Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Phoenix House Keene Center is a Monadnock United Way Partner Agency.

This program is funded by the NH DHHS Division of Community Based Care Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services.

Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.
