About this Facility
Serving the greater Houston area, the Phoenix House Houston Outpatient and Prevention program provides substance abuse treatment for adults in a safe, supportive environment. Our continuum of care is tailored to the needs of each client and includes Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Supportive Outpatient (SOP) options, as well as outpatient follow-up to residential treatment. We offer these services Monday through Friday, in the afternoon, with evening hours for working clients.

Adolescent Outpatient Services
Phoenix House adolescent programs provide treatment in a safe, supportive environment that gives youth and their families a chance to break free from substance abuse.
