About this Facility
The Phoenix House Driver Intervention Program is one of Connecticut’s most cost-effective and comprehensive initiatives for individuals convicted of driving under the influence (DUI). Our program is offered at two locations and consists of three phases:
- a residential session over one weekend
- eight consecutive weekly sessions
- four follow-up sessions over the course of a year
Licensed counselors establish a safe and nonjudgmental environment for small group discussions in which up to twenty participants explore their substance abuse and related hazardous behaviors. A certificate of completion is provided when all program requirements have been met.
The Phoenix House Driver Intervention Program fee is payable by check, money order, or major credit card.
