About this Facility
Designed to address the needs of all women and particularly mothers with young children, Phoenix House of Santa Fe Springs offers a safe, considerate place for women coping with the effects of substance abuse, mental health problems, and domestic violence. We design our programs to address the specific concerns of women and mothers, and we are particularly sensitive to the possibility of past trauma in our client’s lives. The facility features an outdoor serenity garden, children’s playground, and space for family meetings. Treatment includes individual and group therapy, substance abuse education, mental health counseling, and vocational and educational services. Emphasis is placed on parenting, child development, and family counseling. Referrals to a network of social service agencies ensure access to job placement and housing.
All major credit cards are accepted. Payment options include the following health insurance plans: Anthem Blue Cross, APS Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Managed Health Network (MHN), as well as Cigna and Health Net from 11/2011.
