Research has been part of the Phoenix House mission from the outset. Today, our studies cover a wide range-from changes in brain chemistry to the influence of negative experiences early in life. This expanding research agenda reflects: the broad array of services we now provide; the growing number of our research partners; and the historic imperative of Phoenix House to improve, refine, and innovate, to make our services better, stronger, less costly, more accessible, and more predictably effective.
