• Gifts of Stock
  Gifts of appreciated securities may offer substantial tax advantages. These include forgiveness of the tax on capital gain, and an income-tax charitable deduction for the fair market value of the securities.Please notify the Phoenix House development office in advance of stock transfers so that we can instruct our broker to accept delivery of your gift and acknowledge it properly for income tax purposes.
