Our clinical staff is constantly learning and developing new skills to ensure that our clients receive the best possible treatment. National and regional training departments offer a range of programs based on local state requirements and Phoenix House initiatives. All of our courses can be applied to professional certification and recertification. Once a year, we hold a Clinical Excellence Conference where our senior clinicians from across the country come together to share information and ideas about innovations in treatment.

Phoenix House also encourages staff development and has a generous tuition reimbursement plan.
