John Ralosky
Director, Phoenix House of New York
Mr. Ralosky, an experienced health services executive, joined Phoenix House in January, 2007 as vice president and regional director, Phoenix House of New York. He is responsible for overseeing more than 30 residential and outpatient programs that currently treat some 2,500 adolescents and adults each day as well as continuously improving and expanding the Phoenix House service system in New York.
During his 20-year career, Mr. Ralosky has played a critical role improving operational performance for several major senior living organizations, including Atria Senior Living Group. Most recently, Mr. Ralosky developed a consulting service to guide those making long-term care placement decisions for others. Stephen C. Donowitz
Director of Adolescent Services
Mr. Donowitz joined Phoenix House as Budget Director in 1996. Following various roles including Vice President, Director of Finance, Mr. Donowitz was named Vice President and Director of Adolescent Services in 2006. Mr. Donowitz previously held finance and business positions at New York University, Northeast ProAqua and the New York City Office of Management and Budget. He holds a B.A. in mathematics from the State University of New York, Binghamton and an M.B.A. in management and accounting from the New York University Stern Business School. Send an email |
Jean L. Scott
Deputy Regional Director, New York City and Correctional
Treatment Programs
Ms. Scott first joined Phoenix House in 1970 and since 2000,
she has served as Vice President and Deputy Regional Director,
New York City and Correctional Treatment Programs for Phoenix
Houses of New York. From 1983 to 2000 she was Vice President,
Director of Adult Programs. Prior to 1983, she served as Manager,
Purchasing and Corporate Relations; Senior Director/Assistant
to the Associate Director of Phelan Place; Regional and Facility
Director at the Hart Island complex; and Assistant Director
of the Far Rockaway facility. She serves on the OASAS Credentialing
Board; the Argus Community, Inc., ACT I, Private Sector Advisory
Board; and the Board of Trustees at St. Francis College. In
1993, she received the 9th Fannie Lou Hamer award and in 1996,
she received the 7th Annual Founders award from the Black Agency
Executives. Ms. Scott is a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance
Abuse Counselor.
