Meet the Phoenix House Florida Team

Maureen Cuebas has been the Director of Re-entry at Phoenix House in Citra since 1998. She has 17 years of experience working in and managing residential drug treatment programs in Florida and New York.

Ms. Cuebas has attended Pace University, Mercy College, Sullivan County Community College and Nova Southeastern University. She is a credentialed substance abuse professional and a member of the National Association for Female Executives.

Melodie Wilcox
Human Resources Manager

Melodie Wilcox joined Phoenix House in 2004 as the Human Resources Manager for the Florida Region. Her responsibilities include employee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and training.

Ms. Wilcox has over 14 years of experience in human resources in the medical and construction fields. She is a member of the Florida ATTC Workforce Development Committee and the Phoenix House Training committee. Send an email
